Winter Wonderland?

Or the frozen version of Hell?

It started like this:

Then got swept up like this.

Then ended up looking like this in the lot across from the paper and the lot outside the property manager's office of the community I live in.

I like snow and all but I'm about ready for a thaw.

I've been watching Obama's train trip to Washington, D.C. all day and am watching the Foo Fighters in concert right now. Such a great band. I know Nirvana is considered a better more significant band but I really love Dave Grohl and his band a lot better.

It's a different energy. Not as dark and a lot more upbeat and quite fun in many cases. Grohl is - and this is just my opinion Kurt Cobain fans - so much more talented. If I were twenty years younger I'd probably have a huge crush on him, too. LOL As it is, I'm 49 and I think he needs a hair cut and shave. Ah well, we all grow up sooner or later. Still love the music, though.

Can't wait for Tuesday! I'm so ready for Bush to be gone I can't stand it!

Goodness that's a lot of snow...i don't think I've ever actually seen that much snow...

i totaly agree about Dave Grohl...I mean "Everlong" is just a perfect song...though I'm 26 and I agree about the hair cut and shave :)

If the UK had that amount of snow, the entire country would stop! I'm excited about Tuesday too, even if I am on the 'wrong' side of the pond.

Ready for the end of the bBush reign myself...can't believe there's already talk from the Bush camp in Texas about Jeb making a great president and running in four years. Just what we need another Bush in office. I just hope the Congress will work with the Obama camp to make the changes that are necessary.

Please keep your snow. that m uch snow would have people dying Tennessee. It went down to zero two days ago and they closed schools because of kids having to stand in the cold waiting for buses or walking to school. Though it isn't even February I hope the worst is over for you. Its suppose to be sixty here tomorrow. Our weather is crazy.
