I'm Alive!

Sorry for the lack of posts and communication in general. Life got a bit complicated recently. Personal stuff. Nothing horrible, just some life stuff that happens in times of economic crisis. I'm fine job-wise for now but my kids aren't exactly in great shape. Have a lot less time to blog and other fun stuff. I think if I were still obsessed with LOCI I'd be more communicative but that's pretty much dead for the moment. Still love it and want to watch it and love Vincent and Kate and Jeff and Julianne but I really just don't care to know anything until the show starts.

Miss all of you - well, my political forums have been seeing a bit more of me lately since I dropped the LOCI obsession. But music forums and LOCI forums have been quite abandoned and I do apologize for my lack of participation but like I said, I real life does intrude on my online life more than I like but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I did watch the return of Life on Mars. They pulled one of those aired out of order things LOCI does all the time so no resolution for Sam and his father yet. But the episode they did air was fun. Will try and get my review up sometime before the next one airs. I'm really loving Sam Tyler and Gene Hunt. Here's hoping they make it for another season.

And I wanted to share this with you all. Don't know how many of you watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report on the Comedy Channel on a regular basis. I know there are a few fellow fans who read this blog but for those who may not have caught last night's Colbert Report, it was quite a gem. Paul McCartney was a guest. He was interviewed by the absurd but very sharp and witty Mr. Colbert and Sir Paul was also quite up to the challenge. It was fun, Paul played along and got his jabs in, too. It was all in fun and I must say I just find Paul McCartney to be as adorable as ever.

So enjoy! Hope you are all doing well!

Thanks for the McCartney interview. He's a good bloke.

I wish he'd stop dyeing his hair, though, or at least let a little bit of grey show, it would look more natural.

How are you going to know the LOCI start date if you don't come and see us all? You know you love Vincent really.

Good to hear your alive...I hope no one is too bad off in your family...I know I've been hearing about layoffs left and right. It's not good.

Having the pleasure of meeting Mr. McCartney years ago before Linda died, he was quite charming and she was brilliant. It was obvious how much he loved her, he was always touching her and the way he looked at her was just obvious love.

Am sorry to lose you to your political blogs...miss your sense of humor.

BUT I do understand how life encroaches on your fun. We all unfortunately have it.

Well, at least we know that, like the 'X Files', you're 'out there somewhere', waiting for Season 8 like the rest of us.

Life can have a nasty habit of getting in the way of having fun!

Oh - your word verification wants me to type 'tingly'! Clearly it knows how Vincent D'Onofrio makes me feel ;0)
