It's amazing...

...how much more time I spend online when I'm working! LOL I thought I'd be on the computer all day but it seems I do have a life outside of the computer when I'm not working. Jimmy came over to help hook up our sound system and get everything in sync with the new television set, etc. It's nice to be able to hang out with him by himself. Not that we don't adore seeing the girls but when we miss just talking to him like we used to when he was in school and living with us at the lake house.

He's still puttering around and dinner is almost ready but I wanted to pop in and let people know I'm here! I'm working on those stories for those who sent me things to beta. Will get them back to you by the end of the week. :-)

Will be posting tomorrow about resolutions and how pissed I am over USA airing ELF all day instead of having the LOCI marathon tomorrow. USA has done the impossible. They went from being my favorite station to worse than NBC in the matter of a few months. NBC took years to alienate me. They started when they shafted Letterman for Leno and ended when they started to treat LOCI like USA is starting to treat LOCI.

Ah well, off to check on dinner and see if Jimmy needs any help. I was a sound engineer at one point in my life. It's just I'm old and my back keeps me from doing certain things. Contorting my body to hook up sound and audio is one of them. I discovered this last night, which is why Jimmy is here today. It's nice to have adult children. ;-)
