Another Attempt At Being Happy

So this week started off with a stomach virus, my Photobucket photos and slide shows are GONE except for three photos of my cats, LOCI won't be back until sometime in 2009 (whenever the hell that is) and work has been a bitch because I was off one day and all kinds of crap got put on hold, rescheduled and on top of that the corporate office now has mandatory employee courses we have to take online within 30 days of yesterday. My attitude is probably not so good about everything because I'm still not 100% back to speed and am perpetually grouchy. Still, it's a lot of negative karma coming my way and I'm just trying to figure out what the hell I did to deserve it.

However, when I'm grouchy I'm not very good at being very introspective. So I'm going to just move on. I'm thinking of trying out an account at flickr instead of Photofuckit. No response yet, btw. I guess you need to pay for an account so when you get screwed they'll pretend to give a crap about you. I'm about ready to write them off. I'm also ready to write an op-ed and have my editor submit it to corporate so other papers they own around the country and publish it, too. It's all about the horrors of the internet and why you should be careful using online services like PHOTOBUCKET for example, because it ate all my photos and gave me no response to my plight. They've got until next Monday to respond or my first op-ed after political season will be be ware of anything you get for free.

Which reminds me, I have to back up every entry on blogger. Oh joy.

Okay, that's not a very good attempt at being happy, is it? Let's try again.

If we can't watch our favorite show or our favorite actors, we can at least talk about them and share information with each other.

Will have more recommendations for fan fiction and videos later. For now here's a video by ShaylahShmoo. The song is called Hurt, a Nine Inch Nails song covered by Johnny Cash. I love the Johnny Cash version. NIN was good but Cash makes it great. So much more emotion to his voice. It fits Bobby Goren in this video a lot more than the NIN version.
